Nathália Gerber

Personal Stylist

Author: nathaliagerber

My parents inspired me since a kid with their personal style, specifically my father with his tailored polished classic looks. This aspect is a big influence in my personal style, mixing menswear pieces with chunky accessories, playing with different textures and colours. Fashion is a form of expression for me, a channel of inspiration on a daily basis. At 5 years old I started painting my own nails and wanted to paint them red. That only came true when I was about 13, followed by getting my hair dyed red when 18. At 12 years old I started selling Avon cosmetics in order to buy my first Swatch watch. After this accomplishment I started freelancing as a personal stylist. I’m passionate about helping people in the way they dress as a tool for self-confidence and a way to express themselves in their lives. Fashion and creativity have been in my family for generations. My grandmother was a tailor at her time and my grandfather played the violin. I started playing the violin at 5, and at 8 I played with an Orchestra the Four Seasons of Vivaldi. Studying fashion was natural since it has been always my passion. Finishing a 4 years Bachelor in Fashion Design with the creation of my brand and a collection of 20 full looks was extremely challenging and valuable for my career development.
